The remainder of the balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival prior to the holiday. |
Change overs are normally on Saturdays by 10am however this is very flexible but dependant on the next incoming family and their arrival time.
Should you cancel within the 4 weeks prior to arrival there is no refund.
The conditions for the SPECIAL OFFERS (for out of season only) are that you take your own sheets and towels and leave the apartment VEARY CLAEN AND TIDY ready for the next guests by doing this i can give the reduced price, and you SAVE MONEY!!!! A £50.00 cleaning deposit will be reqiuerd to protect the next guests.
